Cannot access anything! – Anthem BC Anywhere Review

I down loaded the app, but everything says you cannot access this from here! When I tried to access my profile information, “sorry something went wrong” is the only message I got for the last 2 weeks. I called technical support. For 30 min they walked me through it, and said she can access the information, but that didn’t do me any good, since I couldn’t. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app. no change.
