HOW IT WORKS
Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When picking up or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check in.
At facilities with designated Amazon Relay Lanes, use the app to get exclusive access to lanes reserved for drivers with gate passes. Just follow the signs and scan your gate pass.
If you have received an invite code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features exclusive to Amazon LSP program drivers (Contact your motor carrier and ask if you participate in this program).

Amazon drivet
This app was an easy use once upon a time. Now with the HOS or hours of service added to the app. It is now a migraine to use. It does not keep accurate HOS and it keeps disconnecting from the tractor Bluetooth which causes unassigned driving. Was four stars wish I could give it 0 stars.

(Otp) code is not being sent

I tried several times to sign up, but every time it says that the (otp) code has been sent to my correct email address, I get no email notification, no email with a code, it’s not in my junk folder, and when I went to app support it takes me directly to Amazon to go shopping.

App is fine most of the time but good luck getting any issues resolved. The Relay Operations Center (ROC) is worthless.

The relay app takes too much time to load a bill of lading’s. The relay app does not give a prompt for bypassing waystation’s. The relay app is in major conflict with all of Amazon’s other apps ie:I had to close my Amazon shopping account in order to load the new relay account. The relay prompts for drop and hook trailer is very very slow.
