Understand I did not pull a single load for Amazon but I did spend the money to hold the extra insurance requirements Amazon requires to see the board. It cost me 300 bucks to basically write this review. 1. There is no person to contact. You do not call to ask to see about seeing the load board or anything. Your told to send emails. 2. Email response times were 1+ weeks. I have 4 for proof. 3. It’s cheap freight. 1.70-2.00 a mile in my area but not with the extra insurance. 4. When they send over emails needing “capacity” they want you to get in a hurry for them...that’s a problem. 5. If you run out of hours, you will be asked to hand the load off to another carrier to finish it. My overall conclusion, as a true independent/ owner op. This is not worth your time. Between the high insurance requirements, iffy at best rates, pushing drivers to not sleep and pushy capacity emails. I would not pull for Amazon. But again. That’s my decision.

The app is SUPER user friendly but the navigation is a MAJOR issue. When giving directions it doesn’t let you know which side on the street the address is actually on, and whenever a message appears on the screen (i.e weather advisories, yard rules etc) there’s no way to remove it or minimize it so you can see the screen.

Don’t be fooled by high rating I assume many are fake. They will send you to shipper with no appointment they will cancel and pay you no extra money so you’ll lose money due to deadhead. They’ll send you to a closed facility and have you wait unknowingly for hours then give you bad performance score. This company isn’t in the business of good ethics but good profits at the expense of the small business owners

Sometimes the navigation does not work or else issues you a dangerous route via other sensible choices. It needs work to iron out those details.
