Upset and disappointed

U guys suck…u don’t tell drivers wut to do wen they get to your facility. Nobody knows anything. I don’t know if I’m at the right location, I’m looking for a Amazon warehouse and there’s none in sight ( how am I suppose to know if the gps is correct?) u need to let ppl know wut kinda facility it is they r dropping to. I didn’t scan any of the skids bcuz I don’t know how to, no one ever trained me or showed me how to do this!

New update requires additional tracking for the app which my iPhone12 is not allowing so the app locks and I have to restart and select the option ask each time to get it to work

The app is great and really helpful when it works, it definitely streamlines the check in and check out process and keeps you moving, but for the last several days it just hasn't been working. I'm still able to access the ELD, but I can't check in and out, access the GPS, or see when my loads are ready. I've tried emailing and calling for support, but I've gotten no answers so far. There's no way to get technical support or to submit a ticket if something is wrong. I really like this job, but it's very frustrating to have to depend on an app that's not working correctly to do your job.

I always have to wait for post office employee to open gate. Waiting time is around 40 to a hour wait

New update no longer works on my iPhone as it requires 13.1 iOS and they don’t have 13.1 available for older iPhones
