Amazon rely too much on it and it doesn’t work all the time

This app costs me 2 loads not getting paid from Amazon because it didn’t allowed me to check In/out the Amazon Facilities I don’t like this app it works whenever it wants to. Amazon doesn’t a customer service in place to call for help when it comes to app issues. Only for their loads they will speaks with you. All other issues send emails to ROC because of this ridiculous app. Amazon needs to create a better way for driver to check in/ out facilities.
