Better than same time last year

I have noticed much improvement in the past one year. Last year it took me to someone’s front yard because the facility I was going to was behind the landlords fence. It was very difficult coming out and was eventually stuck in mud and had to be towed. I have seen much improvement this year.

Would like to see the rates per mile be higher And need more support to handle issues with Problems at distribution centers there’s literally no one to speak with if there an issue Your trying to resolve besides that Amazon relay is incredible

When loads are ready I still don’t know, have to wait to be told or find out at outbound door. If not checked in then no status of trailer. Good luck getting anything dealt with. Worthless.
The Hidden Truth of Tote Loads

In the future, inform the driver/carrier of the quote “normal 13 hour wait time for live tote loads”. I can’t believe this is “normal” and it’s not posted on the load board with a 1 hour live load time. If I was told about this I would not be upset. I was told quote “often times the tote load is canceled”. Meaning I was duped into thinking I would get a high paying load to get there and it be canceled. Then I am upset and might take a lower paying load to keep rolling. Since it canceled in the day when the rates are lower. Or wait until night when the rates go up to maybe get a load that pays good. I was asked my phone number and told I would receive a call when my live load was done. That was literally 13.75 hours ago… Load 116TGSWLW has been loading for 13.75 hours and counting.

The application is great but Amazon is in serious trouble with the drivers, now you take a load and it is yours and two days later they sell it to a cheaper one and they send you an email that moved in another truck and that is not good, later that one was scheduled, I have already been canceled 4 trips in a week
