I’m really disappointed. I have been using it for lists, primarily for shopping. It worked when I first installed it, but now it will always crash when I pull it up at the store. I have to close it out and reopen it...very frustrating. I have even begun making a paper list from the list on my Echo Show before I shop. It’s silly! I’m at home this morning and tried to access the shopping list from my phone, but the links within the app aren’t working. Ugh!
ZERO automation in an app centered around home "automation"!

If first impressions were solely what I went by in deciding what home automation system I should pour my money into, this app alone is telling me to RUN to Google Home or possibly Apple Homekit! Absolutely horrendous user interface with more focus on putting terribly created "skills" in our faces instead of making the focus shine on the devices we actually own and the skills, in order of quality, in plain sight. This app is not only useless, it's potentially killing an otherwise great device with exponential potential! What a waste of time and money this entire negative experience has been!!

I cannot edit any of my reminders anymore. I have to access those reminders via echo. It’s annoying. Please fix.

The app on my phone freezes when I try to go back to use it more than once. So if I am using the list in a store I have to close and open it repeatedly. Quite annoying!

With the latest app update I can no longer access the menu which takes me to shopping lists, skills, and settings for my Dots. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to be in the grocery store and unable to access your shopping list because the app hasn’t worked in days and you’ve updated everything your phone has asked you to. You might as well go back to paper and pencil.

I used to use the app with no problem but now I have 2 issues. The shopping list feature doesn’t work if you don’t click something or scroll right away. The other big problem is the app doesn’t allow me to control the music coming from my echo dot. Please look into these and fix them.
