Has not been working very well the last week.

I can’t get this app to work, always says I have no network-even when I’m on WiFi or I have full signal. Please fix this or make Alexa more user friendly where I can just tell it what pandora station I want it to play

Well I had the echo dot for a while and today I say “Alexa” she turns red and says “Sorry I can’t understand anything right now try again later”

Stop making new devices. FIX YOUR OPERATING SYTSTEM, OR LACK THEREOF.

Given all the negative reviews I’m wondering if Amazon even reads them. Unless you just say Alexa, what’s the weather tonight you can look for cool temperatures, OK I’m not even fixing that as she just typed it right out. That is about as much as she can handle, or what’s my update; otherwise this device has become increasingly stupid since the original came out. It’s really shocking, truth be told. We own so many of these devices it’s embarrassing. The latest being the echo show which was a Christmas gift from my son. She doesn’t know anything; I'm so sick of her "Hmmm" sound! Did they ship these devices with absolutely no knowledge built inside them? The fact that you cannot easily link an iOS device is horrid, you CANNOT WATCH YouTube VIDEOS on the ECHO SHOW, which apparently you ONCE could, DISGUSTS ME. I know people with the GOOGLE DEVICE, and let me tell you, GOOGLE KNOWS THE ANSWER! Lastly, would you update your skills to 2018?? I tried several today and deleted every single one. Alexa is a downer. UPDATE JUNE 2018: Why does Echo Show start talking out of nowhere? Clearly, it appears suspicious.

Always an App critic

This app has been great for about a year. Now, it doesn’t work at all. I’ve uninstalled it, updated it and opened the app and no response. I’m not sure why it’s not working anymore but you need to fix it. I use it to turn on a lot of the lights in my house, because Hue has been worthless since I bought a new phone. Now Alexa is useless too.

She used to be able to answer questions. She used to understand. Now she just eavesdrops, comes on during TV and drops into conversations she isn’t welcome in. Drops paired blue tooth connections that used to work. Gives instructions that don’t work. And plays the wrong thing continually. She won’t respond to my wife. Alexa baby, where did we go wrong. How did something so good go so bad.
