This app really doesn't work that much but even if you don't have it on your flight or you can't get it to work that's okay, because you can access all of the same content from the Southwest Airlines website without paying. They just block every other website. It's just annoying that they claim to have free wifi but they block everything other than their website and this app without paying. Despite this, Southwest is the best airline for pretty much every other reason.
Preview convinced me to avoid buying the movie

Before purchasing a movie, the Southwest entertainment website recommends viewing their 30 second video to confirm you have the app. The preview had enough stutter and washed out audio to convince me not to even bother paying for the movie. What a shame.
No streaming problems

Downloaded before my flight with Southwest and had no problems streaming series or live tv. Also didn't have problems switching from a different app to this one to continue watching the live streaming. No buffering issues it just played right away. Maybe the negative comments are from bad wifi connection on the aircraft & not a faulty app??

This app does not work. I downloaded it at home before departure. Paid wifi fee and not able to watch tv or movies.

I immediately deleted app after I was finally able to unfreeze my ipad. Terrible app!!!!
Horrible streaming and buffering

Pauses every couple minutes and constantly stops and asks "Resume Playback". Makes a 2hr movie take 2:45 to watch cause of all the pauses and buffering. Weak.
