The app worked fine for about 10 minutes. The movie kept stopping and starting from the beginning. This feature was quite annoying. It took a while to get through the movie, but it did work....slowly.
Terrible...$5 I'll never get back.

Flew coast-to-coast on Southwest just yesterday. Spent $5 on a movie to fill my time. Too bad I didn't read these reviews first...crashed upwards of 20 times before I gave up. Took me about 45 minutes to get through 18 minutes of the movie. Attempted to watch on two different flights - same thing each time. Eventually gave up on the movie...and my $5. Zero stars if I could. Southwest should utilize an app that matches their exceptional service.

I downloaded the app before the flight. It only worked after turning off and on my IPad a number of times. Even then the performance was very poor. App would shutdown on its own or freeze during a program (wifi performance). Southwest (SW) charges $8.00 to connect. The performance is so poor, it's not worth it! SW should either get the performance right or they should stop ripping passengers off until they do get it right. It leaves me with a bad image of both SW and the app.

Don't waste your money on an inflight movie if viewing on this app. The app crashed every 45 seconds and you can't get more than halfway through the movie.

When I saw this and saw the reviews I was a bit worried that this was a scam. But I got it anyway. It worked and was worth it. It did not crash once. ( I used my phone)(flew with Southwest)

Aircraft WIFI bandwidth cannot support movie playback causing the App to buffer and shutdown with error messages. Save your $5.00 until they fix it.

Watched a two hour movie, app crashed halfway through, but after just closing it out and restarting, it worked fine.

I was on a flight from Phoenix to Chicago on southwest. I watched tv the whole time and it did not crash at all.

The app consistently crashes without fail. You'd be lucky to get through an entire 2 hour movie in a 5 hour flight.
