Doesn’t work

I was able to play a few movies and shows but now the test plays but now I get a DRM error for everything. It hasn’t worked for me for six months and I travel monthly.

I absolutely hate this app because it won’t even load I do not recommend this app to anyone who wants to watch tv on a device

Not much usefulness with this app. Very buggy! Flight tracker no longer works. (My last flight tracked me from Dallas to Dallas?) Glad it was free because no one will pay for this with anything other than frustration.


Terrible app, money wasted

This app is horrible. I bought my movie on the airline website and downloaded the app before we left the gate. When I tried to play the movie from the website it directed me to the app per usual. Then the app wouldn’t even try to play the movie I purchased, just kept giving me an error message: “Sorry, an error occurred while playing the video. A DMR (Digital Rights Management) error occurred. Please try again. If this occurs again please restart the app or your browser.” Never once tried to play my movie and now I’m $5 out for a movie I never got to watch.

Two Flights, No Problems

I downloaded this before a round trip flight on Southwest and watched the live TV feature with no issues. Both flights had WiFi on the plane. This was a great free perk.


Movie froze at midpoint ?

It was perfect...until it wasn’t. My movie froze with more than an hour to go. The screen then went black and only played audio. No matter what troubleshooting that I tried, nothing worked. I could even fast forward and hear the whole movie, and read the subtitles. It was so disappointing since it was a movie I was looking forward to. And, the app only works in the air(plane), so my $ was wasted.


Weak WiFi, weak offering

The WiFi on board is so bad you can’t even download the app to use the content. Total nonsense.


Stopped to buffer 40 times during a 2.5 hour movie

I understand a little bit of buffering here and there when wifi is in heavy use. However this was excessive (literally 40 times) and made it impossible to enjoy the movie. You constantly get booted to a screen that tells you that the app allows you to stream protected digital content. Sooooo frustrating. And forget about getting engrossed in your movie. Also, southwest, whoever though it was a good idea to make customers download an app before they purchase a movie on the airplane should be fired.

Will not stay connected. Very difficult and slow to navigate. Spend more time trying to get it to work than watching any show.
