It worked fine on my flight I loved it. It was smoothly ran. I was on the plane for four hours and it was awesome.

I read the reviews and thought “it couldn’t be that bad”. Yes, yes it is. 3minutes z7 50 seconds into the movie it stopped. Tried to restart the movie to no avail. Absolutely terrible!!

On Southwest flight now. Downloaded app to watch movie. App doesn’t work. Says portal isn’t secure or trusted and takes you back to SW main site. Doesn’t load anything.

Didn’t know this was a requirement to watch movies... paid $8 for WiFi and the app won’t even download - wish I could get a Southwest refund on my $8 ?

I paid for the WiFi and every time I tried to open a movie in the app it told me that an error had occurred and that I could not watch my movie. This was a waste of money and overall a bad experience

As soon as I downloaded this app they give me a call and said I was infected with a virus and that I needed to get to my computer and give them secret information. They said someone’s trying to use my account overseas. Total scam.
