Won't even load

I paid for a movie and wireless then went to download this app and it won't even load. Worthless and now I've wasted money.

2.5 hour southwest flight today, so thought I'd rent a movie to kill time. App froze up every two minutes, restarting at the opening credit over and over again. I gave up about 20 minutes into the movie (45 minutes real time). Thought it might be poor wifi, but had zero issue streaming tv through the Southwest web browser. Embarrassingly bad, and next time I will buy a cocktail with that $5 charge... Figure it out southwest, dump this garbage.

Serious problem crashing every 2 minutes

This is the 2nd time that I have rented a movie on this Southwest app and each time I have experienced this issue. The movie plays for a few minutes then crashes and tells me that I have finished the movie and must start over. I didn't read these comments before but I purchased the app but I should have. While I love all things Southwest and fly the airline a few times a month; this app is certainly NOT consistent with their motto of transfarency: because you are paying for a product that you will not receive. Please fix this bug. I am happy to see that they are now providing a wider variety of current movies.

Just as others say the app was will start to play a movie and then will produce an error. Wish SW could fix this, sitting with my wife on Valentine's Day 5 1/2 flight and really wish we could watch the movie I just purchased.

Crashed every 20 to 30 seconds. Wasted $5 on a movie and 20 minutes trying to get it to work. Avoid at all costs.

Disgust is not a strong enough word to describe my feelings towards this trash disguised as a media player. The movie I was watching "ended" no less than once per minute. Someone owes me an apology and a refund... I will hold my breath waiting on that...

Poor Airtime Performance

To watch TV you are not using this app. Good thing because the app crashes every few minutes. I tried every option I could think of to isolate the app and let it run, no luck on two flights this week. Southwest needs a different solution.

This app does not work

Same experience as everyone else. Movie stops 2-3 times per minute, restarts from beginning. DO NOT pay the $5 for a movie on Southwest.

Not going to lie I was very sceptic even downloading this app with all the negative reviews but working retail I know people are more likely to leave a negative review than take the time to acknowledge the good. The APP worked as expected and the process for rental was simple and straight forward. I even had the leave the app number of times for various reasons but the App remembered my spot and I had no trouble reconnecting and resuming my movie. The only complaint is i should have chosen a longer movie :)
