Downloaded app in flight on southwest to watch a movie and continually hits me with an error message.... I cannot even watch the movie. Waste of $5 for movie.

This is the player for Southwest – I know it is hard to find before you've already been on a plane looking for it! The TV options are quite limited, and so are the expensive movie options.

Minus zero stars I am in flight right now NYC to Denver on Southwest. I paid for the Internet service (which is working). Downloaded the app to watch a movie on my iPad (which I paid for) and it crashes every 30 seconds and goes back to the beginning. Can't watch a movie this way! Useless at this point. An embarrassment since this is not a new problem. Wish I had read the reviews before buying the movie! Fix it please! Thanks! C.W.

Southwest uses this app to stream movies, we'll all I have to say to southwest is get smart and move away from this app. Always stopping and reloads to the beginning. 20 minutes of movie took me an hour to watch. To anyone thinking of getting this app, here is my advice DO NOT GET IT
Worst video player I've ever used

While watching movies, this app will just restart the movie for no apparent reason. Rather than buffer and start again, this app forces the movie to start from the beginning. It's infuriating. Avoid using this video player when possible.

Downloaded this app to watch a movie on a longer Southwest flight. Similar to other reviewer's experiences, the app routinely crashes when playing back a purchased movie. I stopped counting how many times I needed to relaunch the app after 10. Do your self a favor, skip downloading this app and save the $5 on the movie. Take a nap. You'll be much more content.

I purchased the wifi with the intention of running Netflix like it says it can, and every time I went to start a movie it would say it couldn't play. So I though ok maybe a movie is to big let me try a show same exact thing.

I used this on my Southwest flight on my ipad mini and it was great. It had a picture in picture mode so I could use other apps while the tv show was streaming.

It has taken me an hour to watch 12 minutes of a movie - a movie that cost $5. Not worth downloading the app at all. Hopefully Southwest refunds monies since I won't be able to finish the movie during this flight thanks to all the crashing.
