Terrible

Kyle Dawson BS

Absolutely terrible app, nothing good about it, I will never fly Southwest Airlines again unless it gets fixed

After latest update it works well

Pmk356849393

I had gotten very frustrated with this app, I fly southwest a lot and it crashed 20 times during a movie. The recently I saw it got an update that described that play errors were resolved and today I watched a 2 1/2 hour movie without any problem.

I got tricked

On a long flight thought hell I'll get the wifi. Netflix won't work so I got the movie from them now the app won't download and my flight is gonna be over in 1.5 hours. Southwest got me with the old Mississippi smoke show.

It was worth downloading

Nezzzzzzzzzie

Southwest is usually the airline that I fly but for a long time I hesitated to download this because of the bad reviews. I saw there was an update in March and some recent positive reviews so I went ahead and gave it a try and it works! I was able to watch TV for my two flights home yesterday. I did have a couple of times where it somehow started playing something other than what I clicked on, and one time it froze up on me, but I was able to go back and get to where I wanted. Overall, it worked well for me for about 4 hours so I recommend it.

Worked fine for me

It took forever to download the app on Southwest wifi but once it was downloaded it worked just fine. I almost didn't purchase a movie because of the other reviews but I had no issues.

Worst Wi-Fi Service in the Industry!

Can I have my $8 back?

In-flight tv shows would barely stream for 3 min without pausing for 2 mins at a time (on a 4 hr flight to LA you can imagine the frustration). Decided a movie would be better and of course I did not have "AirTime" downloaded so I elected to (sigh) pay $8 for wi-fi to watch a $5 movie. Apparently, the $8 Wi-FI is dial-up connectivity as AirTime did not fully download ON A 4 HR FLIGHT preventing me from ever watching a movie. Long story short, save your $8 and have a solid playlist on your phone if flying cross-country on Southwest. Terrible in-flight entertainment. Southwest is great for quick 1-2 hr business trips but fly American, Delta, United for flights over 3 hrs.

Great

Be sure you download this BEFORE you are on the airplane !

Doesn't work

My first flight was frustrating because there is no indication from Southwest Airlines that you'll need this app to watch recorded shows. My return flight was frustrating because the app didn't work. Each time I went to watch a show it would present the test ad, but never the actual show. When it got to the show it would say the app needs to be downloaded.

Consistent......ly bad

This is terrible. Bought a movie, and was halfway through when it stopped playing. 8 times (I am not exaggerating)I tried to go back and reload it and the movie won't load. POS. Can I have my $5 back Southwest?
