I haven’t used it extensively but I know for sure it will barely load videos and will be very last for the most, so overall I would say to use a different app

Not sure why the developer won’t push for an update , have version 3.0 on iPad but phone is 4.0 , 3.0 doesn’t work anymore on iPad and no update form developer WHy ??? I fly a lot and southwest only uses This app !!! Please push update !! Then maybe I’ll update review !

For 6 flights now, I am unable to watch movies with this app. The test goes dime mad them the movie won't load and I get an error message about protected files. Please fix.

I had to pay 8 dollars for WiFi on Southwest to download this, so I could pay 5 dollars to watch a movie. The download should be available without purchasing WiFi. This is complete BS.

On my last trip to Dallas I could not watch many of the shows that I wanted to because the app gave an error message saying that I needed an updated version of the app. However there isn’t an updated version on the App Store!
