Love the product. Waited 45 minutes for customer service and they still never got to me. Didn’t love that. Wait time said 23 minutes.

This app is great, but god forbid you need to pull your money from your account for emergencies….acorns holds your money for about 2 weeks before sending you the amount for your withdrawal…..just way too long IMO it’s 2022, most companies take 1-2 days to pay you out of YOUR MONEY that you earned.

Since I opt-in to $1 dollars a month instead of $3, Acorns has been charging me $1 & $3 dollars every month now. I'm tired of contacting them every month for a refund. They can't figure out why it's happening. It's been 3 to 4 months in a row now. It's ridiculous.
Keep getting fees charged after cancelling subscription.
Charging fees
My bank account continues to get fees charged month after month after I have cancelled this app over and over. Customer service tells me the same thing every time, that they apologize and that this was the “last fee and I wont get charged again.” Total scam.

This app is one of the best I’ve ever used. It’s easy to understand and that’s important for extra busy, working moms like me. I also love that it is so simple to open accounts for our kids too. I was checking my bank account and realized I’ve been paying Acorns monthly for a subscription I did not sign up for. Be careful using this app. Also it’s 5 star rating is fake

When I first got acorn, I had signed up to the subscription for 5 a month and then I was trying to link my bank account and it told me to look for two deposits and I haven’t seen either. I am no annoyed with the app and just wanna unsubscribe and everytime I try to unsubscribe it keeps giving me an “app error” lol how convenient. Please App support can you assist me in unsubscribing from Acorn ASAP
