This is literally the worst app I’ve used it literally just keeps taking money out of my account for no reason even when I deleted the app a month app still continued to do so I wouldn’t recommend this app

I have been attempting to close my account and have my funds “liquidated” for over a week. But cannot find the “pending deposits” that the customer service representatives assure me is required to close my account. I have now contacted them at least five times to get this issue resolved to no avail. Might as well flush your money down the toilet for all the good it will do you. Still waiting to get my money back and no answers from Acorns. Nothing. I’d rather give Robinhood and the hedge fund guys free reign of my bank account they’re at least easier to leave. -5/5 would NEVER recommend this app to ANYONE.

Instructions to close account are not applicable. Can’t cancel transactions based on instructions. Pretty much doesn’t work. Email follow too slow.

Difficult to get ahold of customer service. Misplaced my card and ended up sending an email asking for anew card. Haven’t received it, nor have I heard anything from customer service.
Best and users friendly

So far this is the best investment app in my opinion. It’s very user friendly and you can set to automatically invest whatever amount you choose and you can invest more manually whenever, wherever. It’s best for long term investment goals though. So for day traders. Excellent.

I’ve always heard about acorn investment and downloaded the app but totally forgot about it and it popped up on my phone again so I quickly put all my information in and OMG ridiculously easy and fun and super duper fast! You don’t have to think with this they do it all for you which is amazing
