Not finding bank ABA and support is terrible

As if continually having my bank’s ABA rejected, it was just as frustrating to reach out for help, or to get any explanation, to receive an email explaining how to link my bank account. That’s not the problem (as I explained)...I know how to it, it’s the app continually telling me the bank is not found(????). Not sure why every bill pay and other investment apps find my bank but this one doesn’t. I’m giving it one star because, at least for me, it’s impossible to get started and use.

I’m really happy with how easy this app was to use. Honestly I’m clueless so far about investing so I’m glad to have a little help with this. The round up feature is perfect for me!
Religious Objection to Providing Support

It really is fascinating how many of these apps are bound and determined not to provide you assistance when you need it. I wanted to connect it with my bank account like you’re supposed to so done change can be added to my investments. But in order to do this, you must verify the two micro deposits they placed in your account. I checked my account and no such deposits were made. I just wanted to talk to a human being so that I can fix this. But they are absolutely determined that you will never have contact with something with a pulse that could help you.

this company is crooked and you should under no circumstances give them any of your information. I regret giving them my information and have reported them to the BBB & FBI scam line.

I constantly have to re-sync my credit union account. This gets old when considering that this is supposed to be automatic. It could be my credit unions problem, but you’d think that the app would detect it and fix the problem by contacting the bank and securing the problem.

I don’t know too much about what you’re doing with my money but, it’s looking good. Just keep doing what you’re doing with my investments in stocks and otherwise. I do appreciate your service. I invited my brother, A medical doctor, so he should be in.

I was going to invest my time and effort into this app, however upon reading the negative reviews, I decided to change my mind. I literally had the app for a day and cancelled my subscription. Now, I only invested $5 but after canceling successfully, my account closed BUT my money has not been returned. DON’T DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU WANNA GET PLAYED AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN! TRASSHHHHH

Would like to give 5stars but can not access Plaid to add my Capital One credit card. Also my bank is not listed so I could add another card account.
