Buggy, iPad2

SunkoT

I am having problems with very slow response and in trying to select and drill down on ancestry details, nothing happens when I select the "Select Ancestry" hot link. Also, there are features in the browser version that do not appear here in the current version of the app. Based on my usage of this app so far, it isn't as robust as the browser.

No iPad app?

Seriously? A nice service on the backend but to not have a proper interface can’t be good for business. Get it together and spend some money so people can get proper access please.

Best choice

DrFrance

23andMe is far and away the best ancestry and DNA tool available to the general public at the current time. There’s more educational info provided in any one of the multiple info emails received to new joiners than I got in several undergrad premed “required classes”. This is worth every penny! Kit tracking

N far

The app does not update the kit tracking. On website the kit is at dna extraction but the app still says kit in transit. The website has been update for over 1 day.

Horrible customer service - avoid at all cost

heinlight

I signed up while abroad and now can’t use the app as they would like me to pay for another test to align signup country with app. Customer service not helpful at all - they stop caring as soon as they got your money.

IOS issue

Hy09

If you click on DNA Relatives it gives a message that This feature is not supported in the iOS app, which makes the app about half useless to me.

Excellent

Sistakaytee

I'm very impressed with the amount of easy navigation the app allows. I enjoy being able to pull up my reports on my phone.

needs it. cant fix a question a answered wrong in a survey. going back just skips the question.

Just use the website.

The app was never up to date. The website was three steps ahead in the process. Pretty useless.

A bit thin

Baerbaerbaer100

Considering that I put a lot of money into the testing kit this app is a bit thin. There is no way to research your data, investigate any relatives or relations, or do anything sensible.
