I’m white af I don’t know what I was expecting...at least I know I’m 0.3% African American so like my other fellow Caucasians I can use this as an excuse if I accidentally say the no no word.

No really, I found my birth mother and a ton of family.

I had to unistall and reinstall this app twice already (in the past 2 weeks). Not even restarting the iPhone helps when it freezes up... Follow up: taking it down from 2 to 1 star. Now it won't even sign in. Come on 23 and Me guys, this is basic stuff...

It’s amazing to find out details for your ancestors and all the healers related info based on your dna. I highly recommend the kit, however the app needs an update. You cannot print from your phone ; you can’t connect with others who’ve taken the test, quite a few “buttons” have a bug and don’t function when you click on them.

Glitch that updates do not fix.

THE APP CONSTANTLY GOES BACK TO THE ANCESTRY COMPOSITION SUMMARY AFTER 5 SECONDS!!! ??? I’ve updated this app no less than 5 times since downloading it 4 weeks ago & restarted the phone countless times and yet the “fixing bugs” updates have done nothing. I use an iPhone 7plus so I downloaded the app on my girlfriend's Samsung and the same thing happens. Fix it please!

So the app has the many steps that allows you to follow your sample, from the beguinning of the process to the end of it. However, the app isn’t keeping me informed properly. However whenever I log onto the website, it is? Help

My results came back 75% british/irish. 18% german/french. Now my mother is clearly European. My father however is red/dark skin-toned from his Native American side. Now before anyone assumes (hes not your father) i am a spitting image in the mirror of my father. Even if he is not Native American. He skin tone in winter/summer clearly yells out not full European.
