This app is slightly more convenient than an internet browser. You can’t even view DNA matches on the IPhone version. The app is incomplete essentially.

I've always wanted to know where my ancestors were mainly from, and 23 and me provided way more information than I expected. The app itself is well organized and aids in finding all the information I need easily.

Using the app is very easy, but it doesn’t even have the function to show people you share DNA with..... That’s the best feature.
Good app but missing Web app functionality.

This is amazing how they can detect any potential pitfalls in your body based on your DNA and give an entire ancestry composition. I only take one star off due for them not willing to break down my Eastern European ancestry which I am 85%, yet they were able to find 0.3% of British in me

About the app, it is simple to use and easy to understand. It also shows you your barcode and tracking information as well as profile. Very useful. About the company, I had my package stolen when sending it back, and they were extremely helpful. I recommend emailing instead of calling. They gave me replacement boxes right away, and were very kind and resourceful. Great experience with this company. Replied very fast to my emails too. Great customer service, great app, and very interesting and unique ancestry and health information. Overall, highly recommended.
