Just received my results in a matter of a couple weeks which was shorter than the 4-6 weeks expected. I love the wealth of health information provided and I’m anxious to submit kits on both my children since they have different fathers. This is a great way to learn how to better take care of ourselves to prevent genetic and other health risk. Based on the reviews it seems they have come a long way with narrowing down your ancestry to specific countries and identifying other relatives to connect with. The app is great as well. Thank you!

Authentication issue

I can’t login to the iOS app but I can login via a web browser without issues. I’m using a paste buffer and a password manager so mistyping my password is not possible. Is the iOS app only able to accept certain lengths or types of passwords whereas the web interface does not have such restrictions?

App doesn’t work

The app hasn’t worked since I downloaded it. I go to log in, but it just takes me back to the original page to login again. I downloaded the update today and it still doesn’t work...

Can’t past the “confirm details.”

Page won’t scroll up or down. Can’t proceed to complete registration. No email link or contact info to email costumer support directly. So I had to put my complaint here.

I am loving this company so far! Actually bought this offline on Amazon and could not register my kit because the seller I had purchased from had bought from a 3rd party seller who bought all of his products with a stolen credit card. Feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, I contacted 23andme. They were so helpful and of course it was confirmed my kit was not valid to use. They is return sent me a free kit for the hassle I was enduring! Thank you 23andme !! You rock !!

Can’t login on app

Same problem as others are reporting. I can login on website, but not on the iOS app. Just keeps taking me back to the login screen.

Needs work. No matches and much of the usual 23andMe info isn’t there.

Generic update gets generic review. Stop with the "updates and improvements" BS and tell us what you fixed. The people who actually care about an update want to know more.
