Can no longer sign in

I changed my password (which was fine for the website) and it still wouldn’t allow me to sign into the app. I’m not sure what the problem is, but I deleted it. I’ll retry in a few months I guess.

For me, the newest version of the 23 & Me has not been working for over one month. After the last three updates, supposedly to improve it, (I personally was not having any problems) the “more efficient & improved 23&Me app” stopped recognizing my info. Yet, thankfully, I can still access my account via a web browser ....

No functionality- just use webpage

I highly recommend the app, but I still prefer the website. Both share the features of traits and the research tab, but the website offers more features. If you want complete DNA review, go to the website on a computer.

Have to log out to switch profiles

The latest update to the app has removed the ability to switch between profiles without logging out and logging back in. I had already been frustrated with the limited usefulness of the app, but now that I have to log in and out to switch between profiles, it’s just not useful at all.

When I went to open the app today it said to upgrade it. There wasn't an option to upgrade it so I deleted and redownload it but it still says to upgrade. I just got my results this week and barely got to look at the them.

I can’t comment on the app because it’s been 5 weeks and I’m still waiting for results. I really appreciate that they are doing is very complicated and difficult, I just wish they’d been more upfront and set my expectations better on how long this would take...

Won't run on IOS older than 10

This app worked fine on my iPad 3 until the latest update. I get a splash screen asking me to update with no way to dismiss. If I try to update, the only option I get is to open rather than update. Uninstalling and reinstalling only lets me install the last compatible version (which gives me the splash screen asking me to update with no way to dismiss). Can't use this app now.

Can’t log in

The app won’t let me log in. No error - it just cycles back to the login page. Login info works just fine on the website. The same thing happens for 2 separate accounts and 2 different devices.
