Amazing CRM tool that allows you to send Gmail emails from within the app. Best I have found, superior to Freshsales, Insightly, and Prosperworks.

I recently started using this app on the new iPhone 8S. When trying to scan cards, the camera will either not take a picture at all, or snap a picture and get stuck processing the image. I really want to like this and use it, but it just doesn’t work well.

The app runs smooth and does not crash. But, it is somewhat limited in the information that's displayed for a record. A filter option when displaying contacts would be great addition to the app.

This app crashed every time we tried to access the lead section. We couldn’t search by lead or edit leads. We rated the app poorly and got a response from CS they tried to fix it and finally had us uninstall and reinstall which worked. The CS called us to discuss which is when things started to work. So be sure to ask them to call you if you have issues. The app itself is great for taking the CRM on the road.

Zoho CRM o my computer is not great. This makes it a lot better. As the company owner I am the worst at up dating my notes. This provides fast modern access with speech to text notes. I move around a lot. Now I can update any record quickly. I like the search. It has great filtering. I can view sets of accounts or customers by many easy to use filters.

App Crashes and Will Not Load Even After Update

I have used the app in the past and it worked. I just downloaded the new update and the app crashes and does not load. Please advise.

No ability to see previous emails to clients in contacts, potentials- Notifications have no preferences and doesn’t always log movement- I don’t even have the time to write down all of the flaws with this app.

I have been using Zoho CRM for over 2 years. The iOS app has made me much more productive. I can easily see all my daily appointments and tasks, see all of my accounts near me with the cool map view option on accounts and contacts. Tech support is free and always helpful with anything I need. I encourage anyone who needs a CRM to check out Zoho!
