1. No way to see emails to and from contacts inside the app. 2. Using the map inside the app to find nearby accounts is so slow it’s unusable. Could be a great feature but just takes way too long to load. 3. Templates should also be allowed to be viewed in app. 4. Half the time you do a search it doesn’t find anything even though you have everything downloaded to mobile device. You have to X out and then click on exactly what you typed before and then it finds what you’re looking for.

Please fix loading issues

Love this app. Sometimes doesn’t load, or crashes. But still the best I’ve found! Only reason I’m leaving a review is cause it isn’t loading properly for one of my accounts I need to record notes on. Still the best.

I have been having issues for over a month now. When I try to assign a lead it reverts back to admin! Every time I see an update I get excited but after updating it still doesn’t work!

Great for sales on the go. Organizes all my leads, converts them to deals and automatically creates an account and contact. Updates instantly with my office when secretary enters lead. I can place calls through the app and it logs it. Hang up and send an email template immediately with attachment all fr. Excellent to keep organized and always stay on top. Organizes by salesman. $20 a user for full top of the line version and totally worth it. Doesn't crash for me at all like other comments below (yet and hopefully never). Only current glitch is often keypad doesn't pop up when typing in email. Must add template email and delete template to get around glitch. Oh also great sales pipeline (similar to 'Pipedrive' which we just cancelled bc inclusive in Zoho). Free version is not bad but you will need/want to upgrade to customize. Very easy to customize. Has increased my productivity and made life 6x easier, life is still hard, not retired yet. ZOHO = ??
