Great App except..

Love this app and having all my info at my fingertips. One thing that frustrates me though is that the app refreshes every time I move away for a few seconds to another app. I will basically lose the note I was working on or the customer info I was entering into the app. I am told this is an iOS issue but my other apps don’t refresh that fast or at all. Please fix this issue and my rating will go up to 5 stars.
App is broken, Zoho refuses to do anything.

For over a week all the mobile users for my org can’t view attachments, update notes or update records. Zoho has done nothing but tell me they will call me back... half my users are mobile sales reps and they can’t use this.

I’ve worked with CRM systems since the early 90’s. I’ve worked Sage products and Salesforce but all pale in comparison when you consider the overall value offered by Zoho. It’s comprehensive solutions leaves little to be desired. It’s smartphone solutions are powerful, providing instant access to critical information.
Cannot send emails due to font size.
Upset Page
Developers have known about the issue of not allowing changes to font size for over 5 years and still no changes. Makes the app user appear unprofessional to the clients due to emails appearing in different sizes and fonts.
Problems with Map feature in the app

The mapping feature stopped working some time ago which makes it tedious for our field reps to map to their appointment locations efficiently. When this feature was working you could click on the map icon from multiple records and your phone or tablet mapping app would pop up with the designated address populated and you were on your way. This no longer works and it’s very frustrating.
App needs more improvements
