Awesome CRM for Salespeople

Great CRM app for sales people. This app can handle everything a salespeople needs. Easily track calls, fire quick emails, move leads through sales process. If you don’t have any systems in place to manage your contacts this app will get you started out of the box. Leads need to be in a separate module than Contacts. Zoho CRM knows this and already made the modules for you. Leads. Contacts. Deals. Everything a salesperson needs to easily manage their contacts on their phone.

Total Chaos - Horrendous Customer Service

More Than Dismayed

We recently started with ZOHO One, 10 users and also chose the premium support plan. QUOTE- “ The Premium Support Plan is one of our additional paid support plans. Users get access to technical product assistance 24 hours a day, 5 days a week across all channels: live chat, phone, email. NO Phone Support NO E-Mail Support NEVER the same individual, repeat the issue over and over, then another individual, repeat the issue over and over, then another individual, repeat the issue over and over, then another individual. NO phone calls as Promised Told to wait until India time, so at 11:30pm I call AGAIN, same as Last Night. BLARING LOUD Music, finally after 10 minutes, No One Available Voice Mail... WHO IS MANAGING THIS CIRCUS ? SERIOUS PROBLEMS

Low key better than on a computer

App allows leads to be downloaded locally which makes navigation much quicker than on browser (at least with our internet speeds at work)

Last update was not useful

They removed a really simple feature in the last update which was spellcheck. I can no longer voice to text and have a quick spellcheck for incorrect words. Update They replied saying they didn’t remove the spellcheck feature which is incorrect because it’s still not there. Update update Yes it’s still there but they changed descriptions. Still 1 star for the horrible planning and updates.
