Keeps crashing!

I really would love for this app to work properly but unfortunately it keeps crashing and prevents be from doing work on the go. Really expected more from Zoho with this app.

This is fantastic. From the web version to the app, you can really customize to your needs. We are a small business in an emerging market so we need scalability. We were going to custom build a dashboard but now we are going to customize with zoho instead and build back in integration. Any small or large business can use this service and have an effective crm.

Frustrating Quirks

Ok app but has some frustrating quirks. I want the lead list to be able to show the company name and it doesn't. Company name is more important than last name. Plus, I can't filter to just my leads.

Ever since we got this latest update on the 30th or whatever I cannot use the app it crashes immediately after opening. It won't let me send the diagnostic information either. I like the app it is great on the go but with this latest update it is not functional at all

Don't use Zoho if you need mobile

I love the CRM but if you need to use on the road, go to another software. The app is horrible.

STILL no split-screen for IPad Pro??

I've had this app for about a year now and I can't believe it is still the only app on my IPad which will not appear in split-screen mode. How is this possible? One of the main features of IPad Pro is taking advantage of the large screen by dividing apps into split-screen. This is especially important when trying to enter lead information into the CRM. Please update your app with this basic feature and I will update my rating.

I don't care for the app. I upgraded my account, and had to re-create my layout which is very frustrating. If I'm paying for a program, I should be able to manipulate EVERYTHING to suit my requirements. LAME
