Great app for field visits

Although we use this app for maintaining our accounts and keeping track of check-ins, we have also used this for expanding our referral base with our growing insurance agency. This is a top notch tool for free. I would love to eventually use the full blown version of it ($20/user), but as of yet have no need to. The biggest setbacks for me have been emails have no notification if they didn't arrive at the intended recipient, coming to terms with the limitations for creating a check-in visit route (I have to visually use the map, which works, but it's hard to get a team of salespeople to do the same), and the product isn't designed for my business :)

So it asks for your email user and password (which I'm already hesitant giving because who knows what information they gather of my clients, prospects, etc.. but after I click okay, it still asks me to sign up using their "sign up", so I click their "terms of service" and "privacy policy" before clicking agree, and both pages turn up blank....

A huge improvement on their old app and getting better all the time. Two big issues: 1. App consistently creates duplicate records. For example if a rep creates a case, two duplicates show up within desktop version. 2. Need ability to convert a quote to a sales order. Currently not possible

For CRM needs this app works well once the online Zoho CRM is up and running. Logic of customisation need to be understood to get the full power of the tool but once done its perfect. One thing missing is the "campaign" section that exists on the online tool and not on this app version. Improvement to be looked at. This tool regroups "must have" function. Good and recommande for sales team in CRM needs.
Always crashes

This app always crashes and is unstable. I have lots of issues consistently with it. The app will delete out my downloaded leads and records. Very frustrating.

Love ZOHO but this app leaves a little bit to be desired. Won't let me clear notifications, can't find leads via the search, needs a lot of work
No Universal search

Limited customization in settings. The new desktop UI doesn't sort by clicking the columns. You have an extra step, where you have to pick either ascending or descending.... why can't I just click on the column header and and it sorts automatically. And every time click it sorts in either direction. The entire site have these quirky type of annoyances. And lastly, you can't just archive a lead or for that matter anything an opportunity, contact, etc. Seems like they could improve the CRM significantly with just simple common sense.
