I rather walk than use this again

First time ever using Zipcar. I take a cab to where it says it is for it not to be there and actually 5 miles away. Then more cans to various locations til I get on that then doesn’t let me unlock with the phone or card. Then forwarded to a call center that is busy playing games more than answering phone calls. Absolutely terrible service I would rather have paid for $200 in cans today than deal with them ever again

I applied and got a membership almost 2 weeks ago and now I can’t even login let lone reserve a car. I paid the membership fee already so my money is already gone. App and web browser won’t let me log in to reserve. I bought a membership for a reason and I have places I need to go. Complete waste of money and I am so frustrated with the lack of help/knowledge. I want to give this company my money...disappointed.

Mal servicio al cliente, se demoran mucho en responder. En mi caso quise abrir un usuario y se demoraron más de 1 mes en revisar mis antecedentes y aceptar, luego empezaron a cobrar membresia cuando ya no me interesaba. Al tratar de cerrar se demoraron 3 semanas en responder. Pésima experiencia y nunca llegue a usar un auto.

First my rental wasn’t there and and had to wait, and was given a different car, So I am already running one hand behind for my doctors appointment, which was canceled because I was 45mins later so I had to reschedule for the next day, okay so the next day I am on my way to my doctors appointment and I turned on the heater and the films from the exhaust pipe is fulling the car , it’s cold and raining and I had to keep the windows open, I call zap car and told I were returning the car and they didn’t have another car for me OMG!!! It almost two hours till I look around Brooklyn trying to find a car which was cross town so I Uber it to it and was told oh we give you $25 for your troubles and I miss my doctors appointment once again, now I am in the urgent care sick ,SMH AT ZIPCAR
