Won’t even let u rent a car?!?! – Zipcar: cars on-demand Review

I applied and got a membership almost 2 weeks ago and now I can’t even login let lone reserve a car. I paid the membership fee already so my money is already gone. App and web browser won’t let me log in to reserve. I bought a membership for a reason and I have places I need to go. Complete waste of money and I am so frustrated with the lack of help/knowledge. I want to give this company my money...disappointed.
