I would pay for this app but i am not interested in the expert articles. I just need to track my timing, and you cant do this easily with the free version anymore bc it doesn't record and display eating window unless you pay. I think this app is worth it the yearly subscription if you know this isn't a one month fad for you and want the additional coaching articles.
Signed up was ready to do the free trial and instead I was charged. I put a bad taste in my mouth right away. Checked in the App Store, there was no mention of a free trial just a monthly charge.
Such a handy way to record your eating patterns. I’m very analytical and find this app to be just right for intermittent fasting.
Last advert went on for at least 60 seconds (with sound, of course). Unskippable. Otherwise just a glorified timer.
I love how it constantly checks up on your moods during your fasts and it is not complicated at all.
The app is useful but so confusing. Very often i stare at the screen trying to figure out am I starting a fast or finishing one. Rather make it, eating, or fasting. Also make it easier to edit past fasts that you messed up the time. So confusing for no reason.
The secrets of fasting have been around for centuries do not pay for this ,all the fasting info can be found for FREE!!! on the internet, fasting is the best way to heal your body and the monetization of age old secrets is terrible ,this is the problem with the world today everything and everybody about profit.
If you need to correct a previously saved fast, it skews the data and shows as “goal not met”. Free version gives minimal tracking options with limited challenges, but is still helpful, especially when new to IF.
