I’m concerned with the ethics of this company. I signed up for a promotional Plus pricing and they charged me the full amount. Also, the app isn’t working now that I’ve purchased the plus membership.

Guys - I’m a long time user of the app, and it works well as a fasting tracker, but over the last week you’ve shifted into *aggressively* trying to push me to upgrade to Zero Plus. Before I start my daily fasts I now get a pop-up advertising the paid service (which I’ve already tried, and didn’t find worth it); when I go to finish a fast, the Save button is now tiny next to the Upgrade to Zero Plus button (and they’ve changed positions, all seemingly in a visual attempt to get me to mis-press?). It’s egregious. You guys need to dial it back, or you’re just going to drive me (and probably other users) off the app altogether. Update: the recent update did fix the issue of constant pop-ups to upgrade to Zero Plus, which I appreciate.

This app has held me accountable if not literally at least in my mind I know when I accomplished what I set out to do and if not, I know how close I was to getting there. It helps! No one is perfect but no harm in having a little help to try to improve my life. Thanks Zero!

Hi all, I don’t know what happened but when you edit fast end windows, it doesn’t automatically adjust the start of your eating window. I realize it doesn’t matter, but it is really annoying.

Admittedly when I wake up in the morning I love seeing my fasting hours booming...SEEING is helpful. And in the afternoon, I LOVE seeing the time dwindling down. I enjoy Zero because it buoys my efforts and gives me visual high-fives when I need them. I’ve a long way to go...and then I’ll still be using zero. Thanks for a tool that contributes to success ❤️ I’ve come back to the app only to find out that the few features I enjoyed are no longer free. Disappointed

I get it. They need or want to be profitable and make money. But holy %#*^ the paywall to upgrade and pay for the app has completely ruined the experience. If you need a simple fasting tracker for just time. I would look somewhere else. The paywall has been so annoying.
