Best help reminder app ?

preciouspearl50

This app has helped me keep on track with fasting reminders! Thank you!

Good app until you need to edit

jlebomba1

I like tracking my fast and eating zones with how I feel and pre and post fast meal. A lot of great information as well. But when life happens, and it always does, and I forget to log the fast starting or stopping it is very hard to edit past days.

Too many ads and complicates fasting

Laurenlovesyoux2

This used to be my favorite tasting app. It was simple, to the point, and helped me focus on my goals. Now every time I click something there is a pop-up ad trying to charge me for additional services. I don’t want additional series, I want the simplicity and beauty of the app as it was. I like fasting for its simplicity! The app is too busy, has way too many ads, and has too many notifications, despite my changing the settings. They ruined something good!

New to intermittent fasting

bdtinok

This is only Day 2 for me so my star rating is really only for the user friendliness of the app. The videos have been good, but some are focused a little too much on people who are apparently already health conscious. The fasting is the easiest part; learning how to come out of it and when to be active seems much more complicated.

Doesn’t work

tonkaj

I was not able to end my fasting earlier than the time they allotted. So not at all personal. Also was charged both $69.99 and $10.99 within a couple of days and going through apple to get a refund is like pulling teeth. Don’t bother getting the free trial these two charges happened the same day I ordered it and a couple of days later.

Awful

DZLAYER

This app doesn’t let me choose and switch my fast times and sets time frames for me I absolutely don’t want

Not worth it…

NavixInvestor

I used to use Zero daily before the developers changed the app. Zero is not worth it for the price. The same options that were previously available for free, now you have to pay for. There are better apps out there for the price and many at little or no cost.

Terrible

ADC1990

Such a simple app that should just be an easy customizable timer but it’s filled with pop ups and customization is locked behind a ridiculous subscription

Don’t waste your time

BetteDavis Eyes

This app is a scam. No recipes no exercise advice. Just a timer with some videos. Don’t waste your money on there non existent coaching and a timer that can easily be replaced by your iPhone timer.

I wanted a free trial and was charged a yearly subscription.

I wanted a free trial for zero + and was charged a yearly subscription.
