This app is extremely helpful throughout your IF process. It’s user friendly, and if you a beginner to IF like me it offers plenty of tutorials specific to the fasting process to address any questions or concerns you may have along the way. You choose the daily Notifications you feel you need in the settings. My experience is they have had a positive effect in keeping me on track. Like I stated earlier, I’m new to fasting, I’ve been doing it for less than a month and already see it’s benefits. My one con is: the app doesn’t provide a way to track your fluid consumption, a feature sorely needed. Overall, this app has made applying consistency to my fasting program so much easier. And you know what they say,“Consistency is the key in all successful journeys.” I highly recommend this app, get it, and get started!

A bunch of unnecessary features to get everyone to sign up for a subscription. And the countdown to hiding more features behind a paywall begins....

You now have to bypass a subscription ad each time before you can start a fast. Please change this back. Edit: Recent issues have been fixed in the last update.

You will waste so much time just trying to log something so simple. They want you to pay for a terrible app.

The app on my Apple Watch won’t connect or sync with my iPhone at all. Tried restarting and reinstalling etc. Nothing has worked. This was one of the features I was most looking forward to.

I like the app but after the latest update there are constant popups to buy into their $70/year membership. It's highly annoying. The other thing is, that they constantly change the main look. I get used to one then they change it and add the pop-up. Not to mention on the bottom there's ALWAYS an article that I'm not interested in. I like a clean look. I don't need all the mumbo-jumbo crap. If I want to know something I'll look for it. Keep my main page clean. I'm thinking about trying a different app.

This is a great an easy fasting app to use..I love that I can notes of my day, food and save it. At some point you can go back and see your progress..16/8

I loved this app so much, I bought all the extra features. Then one day it updated and now it forces a plan and a schedule on the user. The goals used to be for hitting your chosen fast “x” number of days a week. So now instead of starting and stopping ad lib the way I loved it it tells me I have to start and stop my fasts at specific times. I’m not always hungry “when my window opens”. Totally fine to add new options. But I’m now looking for a new app. I’ve tried getting used to this but it doesn’t work for me. App devs, please consider adding the old features back. My plan is always “fast for at least 16 hours” not specific times of the day.

All the plans just to tell me how much I fasted. Not worth it. Go for other cheaper fasting apps
