Confusing

Mkegbsn

Immediately got messed up because all it gives you is an ‘end fast’ button even during your 8 hour eating window

yass anorexia

that’s it

Doesn’t give an alert for when the eating window is done

Ss637

It give me an alert when fasting is done but not when fasting should start.

Great for scheduled fasting!

Doc.CMB

I’ve been using Zero for over a year now and recently started recommending it to my patients. Zero has a very user-friendly platform which can be synched with other health apps to allow you to analyze trends for optimizing health. While it is linked with Biosense (breath Ketone meter), it isn’t linked with Dexcom, which would nearly complete one’s metabolic picture. Overall, I highly recommend this app over others. Not too impressed

Laura_Lo

This is just a timer for fasting and very long motivational or teaching articles. I prefer short , straight to the point advice. The repetitive long articles are pointless. I understand for a first time user or learner they need detailed advice, but every single read or help page is a whole essay. No food log, no calorie counter. Just a fast timer. Maybe I’m missing something , but I’m not impressed to keep this beyond the one month payment plan. I wanted a all in one app. Currently using a free & great calorie counter. But going back and forth between two apps, I may as well set a daily alarm from my phone for fasting.

Great app

FoxFinancial

I enjoy this for IF. Simple and easy to use. Have logged nearly 100 fasts now

App

App would be much better if it went out 10 days instead of just seven.

Hard to navigate not worth the money

chrs d

Over complicated. Impossible to add data to. Don’t waste your money. Ok if just wanting to track fasts.

Only issue is sleep

GROB2016

I know this is not a sleep app, but if you are going to show the data, get it right? It has me at like 14-19 hours of sleep, averaging 12 hours plus on the week, when AutoSleep has me more accurately at a little under 8 average hours of sleep.

They changed it

liquorlady

I used to be able to measure fasts start to finish. Now you can’t. I started tracking a longer fast and it stopped counting because it thought I should be done. Huh??!??
