I've used a few workout apps before and this by far is one of the best ones. The workout routines make me push myself by using new techniques and the daily calendar makes staying on track even easier. I've never seen such detailed videos and you can tell this app and routine wasn't just thrown together. I'm definitely passing this on to friends.
I love science and understand anatomy and physiology. This speaks the science language that I understand and help me see why certain movements are important to properly billed and tone muscle. I have always been sore after each workout and following the temple it suggest if you want and balance physique try this workout system.
This is awesome. It has the videos that show you how why and which muscles are being used in what way. Seem like easy workouts until you get to and really put their advice to use. Totally recommend
