Please stop suggesting I download YouTube kids every time I open the app. I don’t have kids. It was too hard to turn off in-video video suggestions. I find them distracting—I don’t want to see mini plain ads while watching a video on YouTube Premium.

YouTube has always been my favorite app but I was confused when they made the YouTube music because you can make a slot for it and I loooooooooooooove this app you can watch soooo many videos but I want it so the people that don’t have accounts and with accounts can favorite their favorite you tubers instead of searching them and also I am sad bc it is soooooooo hard to make a account to like or sub to your favorite youtubers or even comment but either way this is a great app and see more in the future where there is flying cars XD well bye! - aya

There should be an option for zero stars! I’ve been paying for the Premium Family service for two months now. This service has never worked for me. I contacted YouTube several times starting a few days after initially purchasing the service. At first they assured me they were working to resolve the problem. However, after sending a few updates the first couple weeks, they stopped. Since then, they won’t respond to my emails. I finally got tired of the whole mess and just requested a refund for the two months I paid for but didn’t get. All I got was a message that my request cannot be processed at this time. What the heck? I’m very disappointed with YouTube. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. To make matters worse, I had the single Premium plan prior to getting the Family plan. It worked great and I loved it. So I know exactly what I’m missing out on. Now, nothing but frustration. And I just love being ripped off!! Give back my money!!! Purchase this service at your own risk.
