Purchase Premium Service at your own risk. – YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream Review

There should be an option for zero stars! I’ve been paying for the Premium Family service for two months now. This service has never worked for me. I contacted YouTube several times starting a few days after initially purchasing the service. At first they assured me they were working to resolve the problem. However, after sending a few updates the first couple weeks, they stopped. Since then, they won’t respond to my emails. I finally got tired of the whole mess and just requested a refund for the two months I paid for but didn’t get. All I got was a message that my request cannot be processed at this time. What the heck? I’m very disappointed with YouTube. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. To make matters worse, I had the single Premium plan prior to getting the Family plan. It worked great and I loved it. So I know exactly what I’m missing out on. Now, nothing but frustration. And I just love being ripped off!! Give back my money!!! Purchase this service at your own risk.
