If it's a only available to watch at home, then for some stupid reason you can't set it to record unless at home.

You are the only service now that doesn’t allow To set recording from your app, I will never recommend Xfinity to anybody!! I'm canceling my xfinty tv service.?? soon I’m sure it’s not a big deal to you guys but don’t forget it’s the customers to keep you in business.

I used to like this app, even though it was slow at times and would crash every now and then, but now there’s no way to cancel a recording or record a show. Why?! Why take these features away? Bring it back, please!
My ESPN app knows more about my Xfinity acct than this does

This app is ok when it works properly although it is a little I efficient. The worst problem is that it is unable to sense when you are using your home WiFi, so you are limited in what channels you can watch. About 15%of the time this feature works and you can watch channels. The rest of the time it wrongly thinks you are away. I check and indeed see I’m on my WiFi, it’s not possible for me to use 3G or 4G w my iPad. My espn app signs into xfinity and I can see local channels there when games are on, this app won’t show it even at the same time the espn app does. Look online..this is a problem that has existed for years and they haven’t fixed it.
No more recording?

Until a recent update I could set my DVR to record shows. That ability is now gone. It’s also removed from the computer browser app. Can’t imagine why - that was one of the best aspects
Great way to watch TV

I’ve got Comcast cable, they threw in Xfinity online TV option where I can watch and record shows. It’s great, what’s not to like?
Terrible. Just terrible app

Very unresponsive, does not recognize previous episode watched, no auto play, laggy, unintuitive. These are basic features of every other streaming app, so I would expect at least these in the service I am paying the most for.
