Can no longer set a remote recording, and can no longer recover a deleted recording. What gives?

I was happy to see that I could set things to record on my X1 DVR, but all of a sudden, that option disappeared from the app. Now the only options are to watch the channel or read the show’s info. Because of this, I gave you 3 stars instead of 5. I want the option to record shows restored please.

The main reason to have this app was to set a recording from anywhere. Why in the hell was that feature taken away?! Bad move
Skips Every Single Time

Every recorded show I watch on the app skips. If I watch it in the tv-no skipping. Watch it on the app-skipping. It doesn’t matter the show, the channel-always skipping. This is incredibly frustrating & has been happening for weeks. iOS is updated, app is updated. Comcast-I’ve read the reviews I’m not the only one. You get a lot of my money every month how about fixing this ongoing problem?!?

Downloaded this app so I could watch LIVE TV when I was away from home. Well, come to find out most of the channels don't even work when not using on your home wifi? This makes a lot of sense. Download an app to watch LIVE TV on your mobile phone at home instead of your 60" TV. Anyway, pointless to have an app installed I can't use. Deleted!!

I love Comcast. I never have any problems with service nor when I call. This app works very well for me and I have never had problems with it until this last update. I loved being able to set a recording using my phone especially when I was away from home. Now that option is gone and I cannot find it anywhere in the app. I am hoping this is an error that will be fixed as it was my favorite use of the app.

Please fix this: For a program that is in-home only, there should be an option to record it if I am not at home/on my home WiFi. With DirecTV, the recording options from your phone/their app were superior to yours.
