Can’t each shows from my DVR

I was able to watch shows from my DVR before and then a few weeks ago when I try to watch, it thinks and says it won’t work. Please fix this!
Great app if you like something that works only part time

Every few months the app decides to stop refreshing and not load any of my recordings. Every time this happens, I log out and attempt to log back in, and every single time this screws me over because I then am unable to log in to the app again for weeks. It says “something went wrong.” I have tried restarting my iPad, deleting the app and reinstalling it, connecting to a different WiFi, nothing works. Sometimes I’ll finally get it to the stage where it asks me if I want to use my Xfinity login and when I said yes it says I have no internet connection and can’t load the page to log in. It’s extremely frustrating.
Cuts out and crashes

In the middle of streaming, my program will cut out and then go to the end of the show. If i try to open it back up, it does the same thing in the same spot. I have tried to play it with and without wifi on my device. I have sooooo many problems with this app. It is starting to get frustrating. If it keeps happening, we will be switching to a different provider!
Xfinity stream is slow, not working

This app is horrible. Absolutely nothing is loading, and no search results are coming up. I’m sure that the problem is this app because Netflix and Disney plus we’re both working seconds ago. Xfinity needs to have better service for the price it is.

None of my recorded shows are playing via the app! Nothing is playing via the app! This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened! Very annoying for the price I pay for Xfinity!
Half the channels missing
channels missing
Out of house on Android s8 plus has a lot of channels that play outside the house. I got the newest iPad. Out of half the out of house channels are missing then what android has. Even when home and play all channels. The iPad has a lot of in house channels missing. Both android and iPad have the same version so it’s not a version problem. What’s going on
