Unreliable Crashes often

Xfinity stream is the least reliable of all the streaming options. It’s very glitchy and unreliable. Constant crashing or locking up. Constantly have to reauthorize. Customer service is nonexistent. A lot better cheaper more reliable options out there.
Can’t see ALL my recordings.

Mostly love this app but don’t understand why ALL of the programs I have recorded do NOT show up on my mobile devices? If they have been recorded more than 2 weeks ago I can only see them on my home TV.

Since yesterday I haven’t been able to stream on any device. Please fix this! Developers: still not working for me and the greater majority of my fellow Xfinity Streamers! Any chance you are working on this? Any chance this will be fixed before the Super Bowl?

Why would I bother having an app that allows me to watch tv, ONLY if I'm connected to my HOME internet? Want to watch sports? This is the WRONG app. Want to watch a premium network (that you pay extra for)? This is the WRONG app. Want to watch on the toilet for some privacy away from your kids? You got a winner!
App has not worked in weeks

App hasn’t worked in weeks. Figured it may be because I didn’t update the app. Updated the app. Logged out of the app. Deleted the app. Reinstalled the app. Restarted my device. Nothing has worked. I don’t even receive a login prompt. From the below reviews this seems to be a common complaint. Why not fix it? Or at least have better troubleshooting steps online because I don’t have the time (or patience) to be on the phone with a tech for hours with no resolution (as previous reviewers have been).

I have several other apps that allow me to watch shows and movies anywhere. I am a college student and I can’t even watch my shows that I have recorded at school. If I wanted to wait until the next day I would just watch them on the channel app. I record my shows so that I can watch them immediately and not being able to see anything without being at home is really inconvenient. Also none of my new or old recordings show up. The app is pretty much pointless now.

No saved recordings listed to view on app. Shows are on my DVR not sown on this app. Was working January 27th 2020. January 28th 2020 not working.

The ability to watch your DVR recordings has disappeared from the app, as well as the ability to select favorite live channels to watch. What is going on?

Downloaded the app... Tapped on “Get Started”... Shows its loading... Says “Something went wrong”... Screen goes black... Attempted several times... Deleted the app! ?????
