Great system for the price

I love the setup and it works great for my needs. My only complaint/suggestion and reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the playback feature. If you guys could make the video play in fast forward when you drag your finger across the timeline, or have an x seconds skip button, that would be more helpful than trying to see an event that didn’t trigger the camera or something that happened right before or after.
Difficulty in setting up

Wasted hours to get the device to work . Have all the requirements for the device to work but to no avail. Wyze tech Support is not easily accessible. Very frustrating

Notifications sometime work one day don’t the next day. Lens pixel based good but don’t expect to be able to blow up to be able to identify face or close up like dash cam in car. Fixed lens not true zoom. For 25$. Great camera. Lots of features. But with non functioning notification and pixel zoom, not a good security unit. For observation use very good.
Great value product

Brightness for the bulbs is on point and really liked that wyze has given the scenes options in the app. Giving 4 stars as app has lot of issues which needs to be addressed. I am having issues in creating more scenes and it hangs in between. I hope they fix the issue. Otherwise its just amazing bulbs for the price. I would also love to see if wyze come up with white+color LED bulbs soon.
Connection problems

Since the day i bought it, it says connection error all the time. Works intermediate & takes forever to load when it wants too. Tried moving it to a different spot, plugged it in elsewhere & it doesn’t even want to delete the device or even restart it on the app. Just flashes orange on the back of the camera and won’t even connect to the WiFi that way either. Not too impressed. Only has worked a day since i bought it over a month ago.
Won’t connect after 2months of use

We have our cam as a gift. We put it together and after 2 whole months it’s not connecting. The app Wyze itself won’t even load on my phone. Unsure if it’s the product or techs app Either way, it’s frustrating and I’m ready to chuck it to the wall.
Cheap, but not reliable

I guess constant disconnecting and bugs is what you get when you get a product that so much cheaper than its competition. When the camera disconnects it often takes a while to connect back, and sometimes you have to completely remove the device and restart the setup process to connect it again. :(
Won’t work on WiFi now

It won’t connect on WiFi now and will only show up in the app if I use data. If I reboot it and connect it again it will connect for about 15min and then as soon as I close the app it won’t load the camera unless on data again
Won’t stay online

I need cameras for security when I travel. If you are gone for a couple weeks this camera will at some point go off line and ask for device reboot, which of course you can’t do until you get home. So for me they are worthless. Otherwise not a bad camera for the money, if you don’t care that they constantly go off line and need to be rebooted.
