The new plugs r amazing. Considering all the pan camera is amazing. I have 5 nest. Each has their strengths. The value and continued improvements are impressive and appreciated. Love it!

Ever since you started rules, its been really hard for me to create events. It used to be simple, not anymore. I dont hv a solution, just wanted to say the user journey has become cumbersome. Please hire a good UX designer and fix this asap. Thanks.

iPad experience could be better

I loveeee my Wyze cameras. We have 5 around our home and mainly use them to check on our pets, and the house when we are away. My few gripes are just with the UX of the app itself. 1. On my iPad (which I use a lot) the app doesn’t rotate into landscape view. Which is my primary orientation. 2. Swipe to go back doesn’t work on any iOS device. I feel lost navigating the Wyze app compared to all my other apps. Keep up the great work! Just wish the app was brought up to a 10/10 like your hardware!

For the money this is a great product. The only drawback is the lack of storage. Installing A sd card works but if the camera gets stolen then all that storage is lost. A separate storage device that you could hide in the house would be good or even better a paid cloud storage subscription so you can store more videos..

A terrific security cam and very clear images! I use without night vision since it shows up way better at night without it. With the night vision I can barely see. Second... Since the person detection has been added I have had to disable it repeatedly because it does not show people! Only the motion detection works for me. 9/12/19 Both my cameras refuse to connect when my Canary and all other wifi connections are great. I have unplugged and have done everything possible to get these two online yet they refuse to connect. This was resolved by WYZE very quikly. ? 9/12/19 evening I was helped so quickly by this company and the issue with my cams were fixed! To all .... If your cams go offline and will not restart... Delete the cam and reinstall. It only takes a few minutes at most. All my preferences were there waiting for me. No loss of anything I had saved. The other way to do it is given as a solution in the Wyze app and it works but takes a bit more time.

Good but iPad Glitch

Hoping someone of the company reads these reviews. We have a Wyze cam 1080 P and we like it. But on the iPad the video won’t automatically rotate into landscape mode. Have to rotate into Page mode and then into landscape and then it will shift

I would give Wyze an enthusiastic 5 stars if its sensors integrated with Alexa. But you can’t beat the price of the cameras, and they work outdoors!

I have 3 Wyze cams, 2 pan cams and 1 stationary. The pictures are great even at night. Never had any connection issues. I replaced my old router with a Tenda WiFi mesh system. Works great with it. Second best thing I did, the first was buying the Wyze cams. The pan cams work as baby monitors in the two twins rooms. Wonderful for keeping an eye out when they are sleeping and at night. The only issue I have is having to use two iPhones or iPads in order to hear sound in both rooms at the same time. This is annoying. I wish there was a cheaper way around this. I have old iPads that won’t work due to needing IOS 9.0 or higher. The grouping ability is nice but sound from only one Wyze device at a time is an issue. I still give it 5 stars. You won’t regret it.

Person Detection

So I’d give this 4 stars maybe 5 if the “person detection” worked. So when the person detection first started it was great. Now it’s saying everything is a person. My cameras can see some cars. So a car will drive by and it says person is detected. I notifications setup for that. Well, I’ve gotten 10 notifications saying there’s a person and it’s a car. Please fix this. I don’t know what changed from when you first implemented it before. Waiting for a response...
