Worst system ever.

Had to run home today due to the fact that the software had a 20 minute delay causing the alarm to sound. Not only did the alarm sound, it didn’t turn off like it’s supposed to. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SYSTEM. Too stressful.
Total garbage, zero customer support

They have various “outages” every other day. Customer support is non-existent. This app is simply not reliable.

App not automatically updating

Looks like the app is not auto updating, might be a revision issue? Had to delete app and reinstall to get lookout notifications working again. I was definitely on an older revision as the icon sizes in the app changed.

Wink hub constantly going offline

Wink hub constantly going offline. I set timers to turn on several lights through out the house when I’m away for work though the wink app with wink hub. I get calls from my neighbors saying my house is in total darkness at night for several days until I return. All other WiFi / Bluetooth products in my home work fine but the wink hub does not. Paid a lot of money for all the lights bulbs that are wink compatible and also for the wink hub. The product is not reliable and I have since told my friends and family not to consider any wink products. I’ve contacted customer service several times regarding the issue but seems to be no fix and the problem keeps reoccurring. Buyer beware.
No longer getting notifications?

All of a sudden I’m not getting my door lock and unlock notifications anymore? Checked all the possible settings and everything is the same?

I have a better chance of having my children turn off the lights than i do the Wink app doing it. Frustratingly unreliable and inconsistent.
