Very useful! Thank you

I've trued so many apps that help you check in with yourself and calm down, or become more aware of your surroundings instead of your feelings and etc. None of them have ever really helped despite me wishing they could. They have too many features and I'll get confused and even more frustrated. This app is so simple and rounded that I was able to navigate it while starting to go into a panic and then found the right tools to help me calm down. It reminded me to breathe and think of this moment and I'm so grateful, these times have been hard. Thank you so much to the developer(s); I am happy to have donated to such a genuine app. :^) Edit to my review: I still like to use this app for the tools it has, but I don't use it nearly as much. The forums are also pretty bad and could make someone feel worse than they already do since there's so much drama and uncensored content on there. I can tell most of the people on there are teens or kids, which isn't the developer's fault, but it does have a negative effect on the app overall.

Highly Reccommend!

I’ve only just started using this app, but I am already in love with this app all around! I have personally have had experiences with anxiety and depression episodes and this app has given me an outlet. This is an informative, simple to use app that can also give quick help especially with anxiety! When you need immediate help all you need to do is open up the app, first choice is “Help Right Now” then you click the first choice of “Stop!” then it walks you through a series of actions and activities to bring you back and grounded to reality. It gives you all the right tools you’ll need to be aware of your emotions and surroundings. This app also gives soooo many great coping strategies that help you with the thoughts and feelings you are going through, I have already used a few and it’s helped tremendously!! Highly recommended app!!

App Doesn’t Read New Account Info

SillyGoose1980

Would love to participate in the forum on occasion... have not been able to successfully do this yet after several attempts. I enter new user id and password info but when I click create, it just tells me to do what I’ve already done, getting nowhere. Some nice features, still.

An Absolutely Sublime Tool

Emma's iPhone 6

By far the best designed app I have found both in function and content for CBT support. Upon installing the app and browsing the content, I was exuberant! It feels like the app was created just for me and the knowledge I learned during my recent hospitalization. Thank you for creating this and sharing it. I'm doing my best to share with others and can only hope the developer will continue to provide updates and support for this essential tool (in my personal toolbox). Exactly what I need

I was just diagnosed with bipolar. This app is everything I could want to help track my mood, things going on in my life, my attitude, along with a huge variety of helpful exercises. Thank you to the creator. This app made me feel less alone

Glitches and stalling on forums.

Leeza4696219

It seems like it would be a great app but it has bugs. I am logged in with newly updated password, including into forums, but when I try to reply to anyone, app just glitches and stalls with that processing sign running on screen. it never recovers, and then I just have to shut the app and reopen it, with the same result at the forum.

Simply amazing

I am both a mental health clinician as well as someone who has mental illness and I am so incredibly impressed by this app. Easy to use with so many useful resources.
