I love this app so much! You can buy official merchandise/albums from your favorite artist! I have bought 2 bts albums so far and the SE Army Bomb and they came to me well packaged and totally fine. I’m so glad I found this?

i've been waiting 6+ months for my enconnect enhypen merch to even ship, i've contacted weverse usa over 7 times and they keep telling my same thing "sorry for the delay." if i buy my stuff and give your my money, i expect you to ship out my items!!! worst customer service ever, TILL THIS DAY MY ITEMS ARE STILL ON ORDERED! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Hello I love to shop at WEVERSE shop but there’s one thing that’s stoping me when I went on add shipping address it said select country or region but I live in Louisiana now and I got a new phone so for the phone number the beginning starts with 985 and I scrolled down the list but I could not find Louisiana or 985 ( I am Filipino but I don’t have my old phone that was registered in the Philippines)

I’ve been using this ever since it came out. But suddenly i now can’t open the customer support page at all and none of my orders are updating to indicate they are either on their or preparing to be on its way. I have an order that’s been marked as “in transit” for two weeks but it got delivered so it’s just not updating at all. I’ve tried resetting my phone and logging in and out of the app. I’ve tried accessing with and without wifi. But nope. Nothing. I’m tired of it. Before all of this? Barely any issues.
