This app is great and all but the customer service is not good and when I try to scan my QR code it doesn’t work.

Honestly I hate that PayPal is the only international way of paying. I live in the US but I don’t have PayPal and now I’m unable to buy things from here because I can’t pay for it. I’d hate to buy from a third party, but it’s my only choice. And the cash rewards don’t work if you live in certain countries. For example I have a Dream Chapter: Eternity album that came with a Weverse cash rewards card, but I can’t redeem it because it’s not allowed in the US.

glitches, high shipping prices, slow to load items, payment, anything at all really. when merch drops, it doesn't even update from "coming soon." it just goes straight to sold out :) so there's no chance of buying anything. they should develop a website instead of continuing to work on a glitchy app ? reloads the app everytime you swipe out so you have to find your item all over again. Simply do not recommend.

I have tried to buy something from this app for 2 days, and it won’t recognize my email and password repeatedly. When I try to reset the password, I cannot get any prompt to do that. I cannot reset on either the website or the app.

Shipping takes months from the time you order, and customer service is downright unhelpful. It takes six months or more to get your BTS Membership Kit, while they have your money. The last straw was ordering the BTS Festa calendar, which was supposed to ship May 30th, and did not actually ship until today (June 3rd). By the time it arrives, Festa will be 2/3 over. What is the point? You know what date Festa is already every year. Ordering from Weverse is a leap of faith that you’ll actually get what you ordered, and in good condition.
